The Objective NIRPHAD defines its objective as making villages self-reliant and free from exploitation. We attempt at developing the individual through imparting the skill sets and facilitating the resources to help persons with disabilities, women and vulnerable peoples. We do this through Constituting Self Help Groups for Women development Arranging bank loans to help small business development for unemployed youth and the rural poor. Imparting vocational training to impart the skill sets required to support income generation. Educating judicious use of available resources for better utilization. NIRPHAD tries to reach the women to educate them the rudiments of E community health care and hygiene, I child care, contraceptive birth delay methods and AIDS awareness. We encourage them to share their knowledge, with others in their family and the community. Income generation schemes are an absolute must to fuel the growth and survival of the concept of SHG. Vocational training centers train and develop skill sets needed to initiate and operate a business. • NIRPHAD enables the unemployed to set up small businesses, through assisting them get loans, and appropriate training for their prospective line of business. Financial assistance to buy cattle, seeds, and buffalo carts is also- arranged for by us. NIRPHAD also shares knowledge on cattle rearing, poultry farming, animal husbandry, animal health care, soil care, proper and efficient use of fertilizers, and water harvesting techniques, to help educate villagers about maximizing yield and enable better utilization of agricultural resources and implements.
