More than 4876 kgs of Fertilizers has been put to use by NIRPHAD. However, now the focus is on the use of environment friendly methods of organic compost. NIRPHAD has already been able to reclaim 50 acres of land under wasteland development. This is a major achievement for the organization keeping in mind the acute shortage of funds faced by the – organization.
One of the many problems faced by the poor in rural areas is drinking water. NIRPHAD has given practical demonstration and installation of 114 hand pumps in the area.
101350, Seeding have been planted under the scheme and 2,15,914 nursery seeding were distributed to the farmers at cost price.
