Mr Noel Vaghela is a Civil Engineer (BE, MIE) having over four decades of experience in construction projects as a Director. He has been the president of YMCA for 3 Years and a Board member of Education institutions like Woodstock School, Mussoorie and many other institutions of repute.
NIRPHAD has wide experience in the field of Management and in the past has worked for multinational organisations with international administrative experiences in the field of civil Engineering. He has scientific management approach with four key elements Vision, Mission, Values and Strategy. Mr Bhatnagar has good knowledge of the principles and practices of Management. By dint of his strategic management NIRPHAD have attained the sustainability and growth in short time with the vision of growth in future.
