NIRPHAD objective is to provide support for helping the Low vision, Persons with disabilities, CBOs, vulnerable people, Farmers and women and children through providing the agriculture production, health, education, vocational training, micro-credit, job placements and good governance and environment improvement.Naujhil Integrated Rural Project for Health and Development (NIRPHAD) is a Charitable Institution (NGOstriving to improve the quality of life through a holistic approach of sustainable inter sectoral development of marginalized target groups (Those below poverty line) in the district of Mathura, Agra and its environs. NIRPHAD field office is located at Chhatikara and Bajana. last 41 years and is rendering services to the poor rural community for upliftment and for bringing the rural people in the main stream of established in 1978. NIRPHAD is in existence for development. It is registered under societies Act 1860, was NIRPHAD is an autonomous body under the management of Board of Governors. There are Executive, Finance and planning Committees which meets once or twice a year to review implementation of programmes and matters related to administration and finance. The Director with an office in Mathura is assisted at the field level by a Coordinator, Manager, Field staff and Local Management committee. NIRPHAD to implement its activities has set up two Growth Centres, one at Bajana in Naujhil Bock in 1979 and another at Chhatikara in Mathura Block in 1984. NIRPHAD at present functions from its own complex on Mathura Delhi Highway at growth centre located at village Chhatikara (Mathura). This complex houses a Maternal and Child Health Centre, Eye Hospital and residential quarters for staff. At present NIRPHAD is focusing on inclusive Eye Care through its two hospitals located at Bajana and Chhatikara, rehabilitation of people with disability, Formation of strengthening of SHGS (Self Help Groups) Farmer producer Organizations and Indian Oil Arogyam programme.

  • Final analysis -achieving graded self-reliance equitable distribution of all resources accessing basic human rights; full participation of community leading to social justice and be integrated into the general developmental goals of the districts, which is all inclusive of Millennium goals.
