Core Values of Organization

NIRPHAD is a Non-Government and Non-Profit making organization, established to work in the areas of Health, Education, Empowerment, Livelihood, Rehabilitation and Social and to provide amenities and facilities to those who can’t afford.

NIRPHAD established in 1979 to support the efforts in achieving economic equality and sustainable development; leading to transformational change and improvement in the lives of marginalised sections of society. We believe in the dignity of the human persons, their right to rule and manage their own lives by developing their inherent potentials and making the optimum use of the opportunities before them. We become the facilitators in the process.

Gender & Equality

NIRPHAD Ensuring gender differences are taken into account at all levels in policies, programmes and behaviours and strengthen processes of social inclusion. aspire to demonstrate a different model for women empowerment and gender justice, child rights and protections and sustainable livelihood models.
